ACT 1: COLLECTIONS

Through a process of objective observations and documentation, a testament of ‘collections’ from Convent Road are presented as material and resource. The collections are sourced from the rooted institutions that have demarcated the area [top down] and the people that create the community [bottom up]. Each collection is now open-source material [links to downloadable content available]. The materials presented act as invitation and research to be perused, questioned, built upon, worked with and created from for ACT 2: NEGOTIATIONS.

จากการสำรวจและบันทึก การสะสม “คอลเลคชั่น” จะถูกรวบรวมโดยใช้พื้นที่ของซอยคอนแวนต์เป็นวัตถุดิบและทรัพยากร ทั้งจากตัวอาคารที่ตั้งอยู่ในชุมชน จัดสร้างโดยรัฐเพื่อแบ่งสรรพื้นที่ และจากผู้คนในท้องที่ ผู้ก่อให้เกิดชุมชน การสะสมครั้งนี้จะถูกเผยแพร่ผ่านทางออนไลน์ เพื่อเป็นวัตถุดิบสาธารณะแก่สถานที่ ผู้เสาะหาและตัวเมืองเอง โดยวัตถุดิบจะถูกรวบรวมและนำเสนอในรูปแบบคอลเลคชั่น เชิญชวนและเปิดรับข้อเสนอ (proposal) เพื่อพัฒนาต่อเป็นผลงานของแต่ละบุคคลผ่านทางออนไลน์และจัดแสดงในซอยคอนแวนต์
